Some SEO tips for you for blogging ;)

Write ~300 words. If you write more than that, make sure you break it up with sub-headings.

Choose a keyword or phrase (no more than 3 words) that you think people might search google for. Put that keyword in the blog post title, the first paragraph, and try to write it twice more throughout the content.

Add at least 1 inbound link that links somewhere else on your site. Can tell people to contact you or reference another blog post, for example.

Add at least 1 outbound link. I know it seems counterintuitive because we want people to stay here, but google sees you as more legit when you reference other websites. You could link to Psychology Today or perhaps a specific study, for example.

Include at least 1 image/blog post.

When you’re done writing, save and exit. Click the three dots next to the post to edit the settings. This is where you can add a cover photo. For SEO, you can also add a brief meta description and update the URL. Make sure you include your focus keyword/keyphrase!
